Goals target substantial increase in capital investments over the plan period by ramping up promotion, facilitation services, bankable projects identification and enhancing sector value proposition to investors. Supporting objectives across 4 pillars encompass sustainability integration, infrastructure upgrades, climate reforms and capabilities advancement.
